It’s a thoughtfully structured day to help you disconnect from screens and reconnect with yourself. The day includes phone submission, yoga, nature walk, gratitude journaling, hobby exploration (art, music, gardening, etc.), team games, healthy meals, and personal reflection. It ends with a closure circle and phone return — offering emotional reset, creativity, bonding, and clarity all in one day.

7-Day is a FastTrack program, a quick reset for those with limited time. You’ll experience powerful mindset shifts in just one week. 21-Day is a deeper, more transformative journey focused on building long-term habits and personal evolution. We recommend this.

Yes, personal phones will only be allowed for 10 minutes/each day during the program. You’ll be required to submit your phone at the start and it will be safely stored.

Each day is purposefully structured. You’ll engage in: Guided self-study, Physical activities (yoga, nature walks, etc.), Leadership and communication tasks, Hobbies, reflection, journaling, and team games, Mindful rest and social bonding. We avoid overloading — balance is key.

Our initial batches run from a cozy, fully-furnished house located in a calm, nature-rich area (specific location shared after confirmation). All essentials are provided — your job is to focus on your growth.
